HAGERSTOWN, Maryland, Aug. 5 -- Hagerstown Community College issued the following news:
The Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education Division at Hagerstown Community College is offering the first course of the new Cannabis Dispensary Technician Program this month. The two-part course will be offered August 17 to January 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., every Thursday, on the HCC campus.
