ZAPATA, Texas, Aug. 5 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release on Aug. 4, 2023:
Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) announced a $1,000,000 federal earmark for the renovation of the Zapata County 4-H rodeo arena. The funds will be used to construct an all-weather roping arena roof, bleachers, and restroom facilities.
