WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- The Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee issued the following joint testimony by Shereef Elnahal, under secretary for health, and Joshua Jacobs, under secretary for benefits at the Veterans Affairs Department, involving a hearing on July 26, 2023, entitled "Implementing the PACT Act: One Year Later." PACT Act is the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act.
