Today, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) issued the below statement after Ultium Cells responded to his call for the company to negotiate in good faith to reach a fair outcome that folds workers at the Lordstown joint venture into the national UAW contract. There is nothing legally stopping these workers from being folded into the national UAW contract.
