FAIRFAX, Virginia, Aug. 3 -- George Mason University issued the following campus news:
University System of Maryland Chancellor Jay A. Perman announced Wednesday that the USM Board of Regents has named Mark Ginsberg President of Towson University. He begins his new role on Oct. 30.
