Last week, Rep. Arrington (R-TX) introduced the USDA Communication Regarding Oversight of Pesticides (CROP) Act of 2023, legislation to give the USDA Office of Pest Management Policy (OPMP) a meaningful voice in the regulation of pesticide products.
