Today, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) called out Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw for failing to make payments to Clark County, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, and the Clark County Emergency Management Agency agencies for the damages, repairs and the costs of emergency services provided following the March 4th derailment that resulted in 28 of a 212-car train dera . . .
