NEWARK, New Jersey, Aug. 3 (TNSres) -- Rutgers University issued the following news:
With support from the National Science Foundation, Rutgers-Newark's Lily Khadempour and Dartmouth's Bala Chaudhary are building a national networking and mentorship program for women of color in ecology, evolutionary biology, and allied fields.
When Lily Khadempour was preparing to start her first faculty position in January of 2021, she sought to form her own mentorship network.
