BOSTON, Massachusetts, July 28 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Joshua S. Levy, issued the following news release on July 27, 2023:

A Holyoke man pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court in Springfield in connection with drug and firearm offenses.

Jonathan Mercedes, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams of more of fentanyl; one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and one count . . .
