U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska: Omaha Woman Convicted of Conspiring to Distribute Methamphetamine

OMAHA, Nebraska, July 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on July 26, 2023:

Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Fabiola Diaz, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of actual methamphetamine. United States District Court Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Diaz to 100 months' imprisonment. . . .
