U.S. house prices rose in May, up 0.7 percent from April, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index (HPI(R)). House prices rose 2.8 percent from May 2022 to May 2023. The previously reported 0.7 percent increase in April remained unchanged.
