U.S. Representative Emilia Strong Sykes (OH-13) issued a statement after United Parcel Service (UPS) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters reached a tentative agreement on a new contract. The historic deal would raise wages for all workers, create more full-time jobs, and includes dozens of workplace protections and improvements.
