Today, U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH), John Thune (R-SD), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), and John Barrasso (R-WY) introduced legislation to increase access to pharmacies and transparency in the prescription drug supply chain. The Strengthening Pharmacy Access for Seniors Act would require Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to make public the criteria they use to classify drugs dispensed . . .
