WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Rep. Jen Kiggans, R-Virginia, issued the following news:
Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02), Congressman John Sarbanes (MD-03), Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03), and Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) reintroduced the Chesapeake Bay Science, Education and Ecosystem Enhancement (SEEE) Act, a bipartisan bill to restore the health of the Bay Watershed, strengthen fisheries management, and expand environmental education programs for residents across the Watershed.
