N.J. U.S. Attorney: Middlesex County Man Sentenced to 12 Months in Prison for Filing False Corporate Tax Return

NEWARK, New Jersey, July 21 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Philip R. Sellinger, issued the following news release on July 20, 2023:

A Middlesex County, New Jersey man was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for filing a false tax return on behalf of his company, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger, Acting Assistant Attorney General David A. Hubbert, and Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart M. Goldberg announced today.
