WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Rep. Bob Good, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Good (VA-05) introduced the Trucking Workforce Improvement Act to repeal a burdensome federal regulation on training for a commercial driver's license (CDL). This unnecessary regulation mandates that truckers complete a Federal Government approved Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) in order to acquire a CDL license.
