U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle has sentenced Juan Antonio Ortiz-Valle (54, Mexico) to six years and three months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and for possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.
