This week, Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02), Congressman Don Davis (NC-01), and Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) introduced bipartisan, bicameral legislation, the Veterans Caregiver Application and Appeals Reform (CARE) Act of 2023.
