Congressman Roger Williams (R-TX) issued the following statement after the House passage of Rep. Ronny Jackson's (R-TX) Amendment No. 5 to the NDAA by a vote of 221-213 prohibiting the Secretary of Defense from paying for or reimbursing expenses relating to abortion services:
