ALBANY, New York, July 12 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on July 11, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced that construction of True Bethel Commons, a $15 million adaptive reuse of the vacant former historic Sacred Heart school, rectory and convent buildings on South Avenue producing 39 affordable apartments in Niagara Falls, is now complete.
