Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) joined Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) CEO Laura Koprowski to announce more than $9 Million in funding through the Low or No Emission Vehicle and Grants for Buses & Bus Facilities Programs.
TARTA will use these funds to add eight zero-emission electric buses to its fleet and acquire six new Level 3 electric c . . .
