WASHINGTON, June 30 -- The U.S. State Department issued the following statement on June 29, 2023, by spokesperson Matthew Miller condemning Republika Srpska's actions that undermine the Dayton Peace Agreement:

The Republika Srpska National Assembly adopted a law this week intended to nullify the Constitutional Court's authority in the entity. This law violates the Bosnia and Herzegovina Constitution, and runs counter to the Dayton Peace Agreement.
