LAREDO, Texas, June 30 -- U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Alamdar S. Hamdani, issued the following news release:
A 74-year-old San Antonio man has been sent to prison following his conviction for illegal exportation of firearms and ammunition, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S Hamdani.
Atanacio Espinoza-Duarte pleaded guilty Feb. 15.
U.S. District Judge Diana Saldana ordered Espinoza-Duarte to serve 24 months in federal prison to be immedi . . .
