This afternoon, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission granted Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC, permission to resume construction of its dangerous and unnecessary pipeline project, following authorization from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that was granted late last week under the direction of Congress as part of the debt ceiling bill signed into law . . .
