Today, Gov. John Bel Edwards announced that he has signed the following bills from the 2023 Regular Legislative Session into law:
ACT 416-SB 94 Adds certain substances to the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Law.
ACT 417-HB 16 Provides relative to the crime of simple burglary.
ACT 418-HB 54 Provides relative to the discretion . . .
