WASHINGTON, June 28 -- The House Oversight and Accountability Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic issued the following written testimony by Micah Schwartzman, a law professor at the University of Virginia, involving a hearing on June 21, 2023, entitled "Churches vs. Casinos: The Constitution is not Suspended in Times of Crisis."
