N.J. U.S. Attorney: Gloucester City Business Owner Sentenced to 30 Months in Prison for Payroll Tax Fraud, Pandemic Loan Fraud

CAMDEN, New Jersey, June 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Philip R. Sellinger, issued the following news release on June 27, 2023:

The owner of a business in Gloucester City, New Jersey, was sentenced today to 30 months in prison for failing to pay over payroll taxes to the IRS, failing to file personal income tax returns, and fraudulently obtaining a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan, U.S. Attorney Philip R.
