WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, issued the following news release on June 27, 2023:
On the 27th day of Pride Month, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (TX-30) introduced a resolution honoring the struggle, sacrifice, contributions of the LGBTQI+ community and the fight for equality in Texas. The resolution is supported by fellow Democratic Texas Reps. Allred, Casar, Castro, Doggett, Escobar, Fletcher, Green, and Jackson-Lee.
