Today, Task Force on Strengthening Democracy Co-Chair Congressman John Sarbanes (MD-03) released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's decision on Moore v. Harper:
"The Supreme Court today resoundingly rejected the extreme independent state legislature theory, again making clear that state legislatures do not posses . . .
