WASHINGTON, June 26 -- The Senate Armed Services Committee issued the following joint testimony by U.S. Army Secretary Christine E. Wormuth and Gen. James C. McConville, Army chief of staff, involving a hearing on March 30, 2023, entitled "Open/Closed: Hearing Title to Receive Testimony on the Posture of the Department of the Army in Review of the Defense Authorization Request for Fiscal Year 2024 and the Future Years Defense Program":
