As the nation approaches the one-year anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, U.S. Representative Emilia Strong Sykes (OH-13) joined her House Democratic colleagues in signing a discharge petition to immediately bring H.R. 12, the Women's Health Protection Act, to the House floor for a vote.
