COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, June 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release on June 22, 2023:
A Cass County (Iowa) man was sentenced yesterday, for conspiring to distribute fentanyl causing serious bodily injury or death.
