Today, the House passed H.R. 3799, the CHOICE Arrangement Act, a legislation package including Congressman Bob Good's (VA-05) Self-Insurance Protection Act, by a vote of 220 to 209. Good's legislation will help empower small businessowners to provide their employees with lower health care costs.
