WASHINGTON, June 22 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on June 21, 2023:
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded a $199,974 grant to The Ohio State University to support cooperative businesses throughout rural Ohio. The investment will be used to support feasibility, business analysis, and technical assistance to build business capacity.
