AUGUSTA, Maine, June 22 -- The Maine House Democrats issued the following news release:
A measure from Rep. Jim Boyle, D-Gorham, to require developers of energy storage facilities to establish a decommissioning plan was signed into law by Gov. Janet Mills on Friday.
"As Maine continues to lead on renewable energy generation, we need to consider the impacts of the entire lifecycle of the technologies that support this transition," said Boyle. This bill follows . . .
