WASHINGTON, June 14 -- The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment, Manufacturing and Critical Materials issued the following testimony by Patrick O'Loughlin, president and CEO at the Buckeye Power Inc. and Ohio Rural Electric Cooperatives, involving a hearing on June 6, 2023, entitled "Clean Power Plan 2.0: EPA's Latest Attack on America's Electric Reliability." EPA is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
