WASHINGTON, June 14 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on June 12, 2023, on a joint resolution (H.J.Res. 44) providing for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives relating to "factoring criteria for firearms with attached 'stabilizing braces'".
