NEWARK, New Jersey, June 13 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Philip R. Sellinger, issued the following news release on June 12, 2023:

A South Korean company today admitted that it evaded customs duties on clothing that it imported into the United States, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.

Anyclo International Inc. (Anyclo) pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark federal court to an information charging the company . . .
