WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release on June 9, 2023:

This week, U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (Kan.) invited U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Richard Young and his fiance Marcia Cox of Junction City as his guests to the White House to celebrate the Super Bowl LVII champion Kansas City Chiefs. This was the first time the Kansas City Chiefs have ever visited the White House.
