RICHMOND, Virginia, June 9 -- Virginia Attorney General Jason S. Miyares issued the following news release on June 8, 2023:
Attorney General Jason Miyares today led a coalition of 26 state attorneys general pushing back against the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) proposed rule change to increase state regulation. OMB is suggesting a rewrite of Circular A-4, which tells federal agencies how to do their cost benefit analysis.
