CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia, June 8 (TNSgov) -- The Southern Environmental Law Center issued the following news release on June 7, 2023:
Today, Virginia's Air Pollution Control Board decided to remove the state from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. In a 4 to 3 vote, the board carried out the wishes of Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, who has targeted RGGI since taking office.
