JACKSONVILLE, Florida, June 8 (TNSres) -- The University of North Florida issued the following news release:
The University of North Florida Archaeology Lab is unveiling a lost Indigenous town at Big Talbot Island State Park. The students, led by Dr. Keith Ashley, UNF associate and Archaeology Lab director, are excavating the native Mocama town of Sarabay, mentioned in early French and Spanish documents.
