BOSTON, Massachusetts, June 6 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Joshua S. Levy, issued the following news release:
A Dominican man was sentenced on May 31, 2023 in federal court in Boston for illegally reentering the United States after deportation.
Milton Jose Arias, 32, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Allison D. Burroughs to 21 months incarceration. Arias will be subject to deportation proceedings upon completion of his sentence . . .
