TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 3 -- Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody issued the following news release:
Attorney General Ashley Moody secured a $102.5 million multistate agreement with the maker of Suboxone. Attorney General Moody, with a coalition of 41 other states' attorneys general, announced the agreement with Indivior, Inc. over claims the company employed illegal monopoly tactics. Florida will receive more than $3.2 million from the settlement.
