WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Rep. Bob Good, R-Virginia, issued the following news release on June 1, 2023:
The Senate voted to pass the Joint Resolution of Disapproval under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn President Biden's unlawful student loan transfer scheme. Congressman Bob Good (VA-05) and Senator Bill Cassidy (LA) led the effort on the legislation which passed the House two weeks ago with bipartisan support and today by a Senate vote of 52 to 46.
