Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-10) issued the following statement on his vote on H.R. 3746, which passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 314-to-117.
"While defaulting on our debt is not an option, I voted against this bill because I refuse to reward the political extortion of the extreme faction of the Republican . . .
