TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 2 -- Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody issued the following news release and a letter:

Attorney General Ashley Moody is leading a multistate effort urging the United States Senate to promptly pass the HALT Fentanyl Act, a bill that will permanently schedule fentanyl analogues. Just last week, the HALT Fentanyl Act passed the United States House of Representatives in a bipartisan fashion.
