BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, June 1 (TNSper) -- Louisiana State University issued the following news release
LSU has named Robert T. Smith the Chancellor of LSU Shreveport, effective July 10, pending approval by the LSU Board of Supervisors.
Smith currently serves as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and Professor of Mathematics at Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Ga.
Since LSU Shreveport's current Chancellor, Larry Clark, retires June 30 . . .
