WASHINGTON, May 27 -- The House Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee on Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs issued the following testimony by Joshua Jacobs, under secretary of Veterans Affairs for benefits, involving a hearing on May 16, 2023, entitled "Reviewing VA's Implementation of the PACT Act." PACT Act is the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act.
