The National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization (NAITCO) has selected the Community Agricultural Partnership at Summit (CAPS) Elementary School, in Pennsylvania's Butler Area School District, as the recipient of its 2023 Partnership in Agricultural Literacy (PAL) Award.
